Register • Search • FAQ • Memberlist • Usergroups • Log in the gods have smiled upon me      Ashram Media Forum Index » Ashram View previous topic View next topic the gods have smiled upon me Author Message GodAshram GOD Joined: 11 May 2006 Posts: 854 the gods have smiled upon me well, cleaning for once has become beneficial. i have found a copy of most of my "missing" self made amv's and am ecstatic! i will probably recompress them and upload them here for everyone to see... just some notes (will make more sense once the vids are up): the lodoss based one is my oldest video.... at 11 years old! this was a screw around done in 4 hours and my first attempt at premiere. the megaman x4 vid is 2 hours of work ranked 6th place at a con in 1997 (i forgot which con!) the night warriors/darkstalkers ranked 4th at the same con, and top 10 (at 10th) at the 1st yasumicon in 2003 or 2004. all 3 of the above are over a decade old and special effects were not really utilized then. also, compressors sucked then so these don't look as good as they could have. _________________ Mon Jun 11, 2007 7:01 pm GodAshram GOD Joined: 11 May 2006 Posts: 854 freaking weather.... net's down and i am typing this from my cell...... as soon as the net's back up, i'll post the vids. _________________ Wed Jun 13, 2007 9:47 pm Johnny Pott Regular Joined: 17 Sep 2006 Posts: 320 Hey it was stormin at my place last night too!
